Who We Are

Rewards and Recognition
Alion rewards our employees for their personal achievements. We offer publication bonuses to full-time employees who author an article that is subsequently published in a technical journal. Alion recognizes our employees through service awards and performance-based bonuses as well as employee referral bonuses.
Alion Cares/Community Involvement
Alion Cares, our corporate giving program, was established to centralize, promote and recognize employee involvement in the community as well as manage the company's financial donations to maximize results and awareness.
